Pete Goicoechea

Senator Pete Goicoechea is a third-generation rancher and graduate of Utah State University. He was elected to the Nevada Assembly in 2002, serving until 2012 when he assumed office in the Nevada Senate. In the past, Senator Goicoechea was the Eureka County Commissioner for 16 years and a volunteer for the Eureka Fire Department. Currently, he is the Director for the Nevada Water Resource Association and a member of the State Land Use Planning Advisory Council, all whilst representing District 19.
